Mentoring
For those who know they would benefit from added support and accountability. It is often utilised by those feeling particularly stagnant and fearful of their next steps, or those with a timeframe or project they would like to succeed.
Focused mentoring over a period to suit you of 4 weeks to 4 months; this includes all elements from the ‘Full’ session, alongside three additional video calls for regular focus and momentum. Additional blocks can be purchased to run consecutively or with pause.

• In-depth questionnaire upon booking
• Full session (1 hour, in studio or via video call)
• 3 video calls (up to 30 minutes each)
• A recording of each session (with your consent)
• Physical journal, designed in studio, for you to continue your exploration and strengthen your understanding. Annotated to include your key thoughts, connections, and action points.*
*If multiple blocks are booked consecutively, your journal will be sent after full completion of our time together (unless otherwise prescribed).
Please note, whilst I utilise counselling methodology and practice within sessions, the consultancy offered is not therapeutic counselling.
